2021, Aarau Cantonal Hospital. Stefanie and Max work together and talk — as so often in daily clinical life — about things that concern patients but are rarely spoken about out loud. One of them: the last drop after urinating. A topic almost every man knows and almost no one talks about.
The question that came out of it was simple: "Why isn't there a sensible solution for this?"
With Lampros, a health-tech developer, the question became a product.
In music, tenuto means holding a note — and that's exactly what our underwear does: it holds what needs to be held. Discreet. Functional. Without any fuss.

She didn't accept that this was unavoidable. As Clinical Director, she oversees every product decision with one question in mind: would her patients actually wear this?

At Tenuto, he leads clinical research and product validation, making sure every claim is backed by evidence his patients can trust.
